I’m a formally trained coach and Fractional CMO with more than 20 years of experience working with high-performing professional services firms. I’ve helped practice leaders see business development as a leadership skill rather than a sales function, coached executives through key transitions, and strengthened client development strategies for growing firms. The result is usually stronger pipelines, clearer messaging, and more effective leadership.
