Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

We design our offerings to deliver meaningful value from the moment you engage with us. This policy is intended to provide clarity while remaining fair to both our clients and our team.

 

Courses, Cohorts, Workshops, and Programs

  • Before the program begins: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 48 business hours prior to the start time.

  • After the program begins: No refunds will be issued once a live session has started or course access has been granted.

  • If you are unable to attend or complete your program: You may request to transfer your registration to a future session of the same program, if available.

  • Satisfaction commitment: If you feel the program did not meet your expectations, please reach out. We take participant experience seriously and will work with you toward a fair resolution.

 

Membership (Monthly or Annual)

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, as access to content and community is provided immediately upon enrollment. This means cancellation will stop future billing, but does not guarantee a refund for any recently paid fees.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

 

Coaching Packages

Coaching engagements are structured around reserved time, planning, and ongoing support.

  • Before the first coaching session: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 5 business days prior to the first scheduled session.

  • After the first session begins: Fees are non-refundable. This includes

  • Rescheduling and Pause Option: We understand that schedules and priorities can shift. Clients may request to adjust their first session start date, reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice, and/or, in certain cases, pause sessions for a defined period to be resumed later, subject to mutual agreement in writing.

 

Advisory and Consulting Services 

  • Monthly fees, retainers, and flat-rate projects may have invoices due in advance based on the scope and value of services. Once a service period has begun, these fees are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated and work is underway.

  • If an engagement is terminated early, the client is responsible for:

    • Fees incurred through the termination date; and

    • Any prorated portion of the current billing period, if applicable.

 

Payment Installment Plans

If a payment plan is selected for any of our offerings, all scheduled payments remain due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Payment plans are a convenience and do not represent a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the program or work has begun.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
