About Me
As an accomplished learning and development professional, I bring two decades of experience in designing, facilitating, and assessing custom learning content. My expertise is rooted in developing and executing comprehensive L&D strategies, which consistently lead to demonstrated behavior change and improved employee engagement. I specialize in leadership training programs and the facilitation of soft skills knowledge, applying advanced adult learning theories. My approach includes conducting learning needs assessments and 360 feedback assessments to identify skills gaps, followed by delivering curated and developed training to close those gaps.
My consulting and coaching capabilities are extensive, including providing executive coaching following ICF best practices to leaders. I have a proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders to provide coaching and knowledge acquisition that improved team performance, resulting in increases in productivity and customer satisfaction. This work often involves leading multifunctional teams to develop courses for managers on implementing a coaching approach in their leadership style aimed at increasing employee engagement and ownership. I've also designed and delivered tailored action learning experiences in critical areas like Conflict, Candor, Global Communication, Diversity, Goal Setting, and Persuasion. My academic background includes a Master's degree in Communication and Doctoral credits in Leadership, solidifying my foundation in effective communication and educational strategy.
