By enrolling in a course or participating in any live interactions, including cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, group discussions, or related online community spaces, participants agree to abide by the following policies.

General

• I understand that these commitments apply across all live and shared environments I participate in.

• I recognize that meaningful learning is shaped not only by the content but by how participants engage with one another, and I accept responsibility for contributing to a respectful, focused, and high-trust experience for everyone involved.

Commitments to the Community

• I commit to showing up and being present. I will keep my camera on when possible, minimize distractions, and stay mentally engaged for both my own learning and the benefit of others.

• I commit to engaging with curiosity and respect. I recognize that participants bring diverse perspectives and experiences. I will avoid intentionally judgmental language or behavior and instead contribute to open, thoughtful, and respectful dialogue.

• I commit to maintaining a sales-free environment. I will not pitch or promote my services to other participants.

• I commit to supporting others. I will approach this experience as a collaboration, not a competition. To the degree I am authentically capable, I will celebrate others’ progress, empathize with their challenges, and contribute to a positive, encouraging environment.

• I commit to active participation. I will complete pre-work, bring questions, and engage in discussions. I understand that my outcomes reflect my level of involvement.

• I commit to practicing grace. I will be patient with myself and others, recognizing that learning and transformation involve uncertainty and growth. I will communicate with kindness and offer encouragement generously.

• I commit to advocating for myself. I will speak up when I need clarity, support, or space to participate fully. I recognize that this is a shared learning environment, and I take responsibility for voicing my needs in a constructive and respectful way so I can get the most from the experience.

• I commit to respecting time. I will arrive on time, return promptly from breaks, and honor session schedules as a form of respect for the group.

 

Group Confidentiality Policy

To ensure a safe and open environment, I agree to the following:

• I commit to confidentiality. I will treat all shared discussions as private. I may apply what I learn, but I will not attribute comments or share identifying details about other participants. I understand this follows the Chatham House Rule.

• I commit to obtaining consent for recording or AI note-taking. I will not use AI tools or recording software unless every participant in the session has explicitly agreed. I understand that manual note-taking is always permitted.

• I commit to session-specific consent. I understand that permission to record or use AI tools applies only to the specific session in which consent is given and may need to be reconfirmed in future sessions.

• I commit to protecting the integrity and privacy of this space. I will not use any recordings, transcripts, screenshots, or session materials to train artificial intelligence models or datasets, nor will I capture, reproduce, or distribute any participant’s likeness, voice, image, or contributions for external use. I understand that all such use is strictly prohibited without explicit, written consent from all involved parties and program leadership.

• I acknowledge instructor recording practices. I understand that the instructor may use AI recording and note-taking tools for internal program delivery and improvement. I acknowledge that these materials are private and will not be shared externally.

 

I accept these commitments as a condition of my involvement and contribution to a safe, productive, and high-trust learning environment. I understand that any violations of these policies may result in removal from the program without refund.
